1994 Rwandan genocide testimony by Claudine Niyotwagira

Claudine Niyotwagira, a girl from Cellule Murehe, Kiruri Sector of Commune Kigoma in Gitarama Prefecture, lists the names of the people who killed her father, names of family members who were killed, and the names of people who looted and feasted on livestock belonging to Tutsi families. She explains how her family was attacked on April 20, 1994, and how Tutsi property was looted before the killing began. She accuses Simusiga, an Interahamwe gang, of being responsible for most of the deaths in her neighborhood.
